Inside CC-APAC Awards Judging Process

The CC-APAC Awards 2025 selection process will be conducted through a combination of presentation and interview methods, ensuring a fair and comprehensive evaluation of each participant’s achievements. This approach allows the judges to assess not only the quality of the materials presented but also the participants’ ability to explain and defend their strategies, innovations, and outcomes. A total of 19 international judges will be involved in 5 categories of the selection process, representing various countries across the Asia Pacific region. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise will ensure that each submission is evaluated from multiple professional perspectives.
Each participant will be given 25 minutes to deliver their presentation, followed by a 20-minute Q&A session with the judges. This format provides sufficient time for participants to showcase their project comprehensively, while also giving the judges the opportunity to explore deeper insights through interactive discussion. The Q&A segment often reveals the participant’s real understanding, impact of the project, and the authenticity of the initiatives presented.
To ensure a smooth and standardized process, participants are required to prepare a video presentation using a common slide template provided by the committee. This standardized format aims to maintain consistency and fairness, making it easier for judges to compare and evaluate presentations objectively. The video also helps minimize technical challenges during the online judging sessions, ensuring that all participants have an equal opportunity to deliver their best performance.
The structured process of CC-APAC Awards 2025 reflects the commitment to transparency, professionalism, and inclusivity. By combining technology, standardized formats, and international collaboration, the event upholds high standards in recognizing excellence among contact centers. Beyond competition, this process also serves as a learning platform, inspiring participants to improve their operations and adopt global best practices in customer experience, innovation, and service leadership.
