Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA) proudly hosted the 2023 Greater China Contact Centre Alliance (GCCA) 大中華區客戶中心聯盟 Symposium and Awards Presentation Ceremony and welcomed the contact centre delegations from China Call Centre & CRM Association (CNCCA) & Taiwan Contact Centre Development Association (TCCDA) to Hong Kong.
We learned from one another and pulled together to recognize the opportunities and celebrate the achievements in the Greater China Region. 🤝🤝
In the GCCA Customer Service Excellence Awards, we recognised the Best Contact Centre Winners in the Greater China Region (in no particular order). 🏆🏆
